Well RAS 2012 Mains exam date is postponed, this gives enough time for those preparing for mains examination.
Talking about computer science as optional, there is no coaching and enough resources to prepare this subject well. So student have to rely on his own sources. So I have created this blog for those students who are preparing for Mains with computer science as their mains optional subject.
Paper 1 covers topics like OS,DSA,Computer Graphics & C++ - these 4 topics consist the main matter for paper 1
For paper 2 topics like Computer Organization & Architecture,DBMS,8085 and Computer Oriented Numerical & Statistical Methods covers most syllabus.
So users are welcome to post any useful information for this preparation which will benefit whole.
We will take each topic and discuss resources for that.
Computer Architecture - For this topic I think Morris Mano is sufficient and good book to refer.
8085 - Gaonkar, Swarnkar (local author) suffice the syllabus.
